Liam came over for Dinner

Liam had me laughing...from his "cheesin" at the camera--to the Kung Fu Panda rendition...he was definitely the entertainment for tonight.

My Brother's Family

I love getting to see my family. I saw my Jamie, Jessica, Roxanne, and my new nephew Miles (he's was over 3 months by the time I saw him) when I went to Florida in November. Roxanne is such a character. She danced all around the beach and would stop every once in a while to kiss her new brother. She will be a wonderful big sister. I wish they lived closer so I could see them more often.

Photo Gels are Awesome!

Photo gels are a must have for any studio! Gels are colored transparencies that can be placed over a strobe light to shine a different color on the backdrop. I used a black backdrop in these photos and then changed out the gels to see what it looked like. I can't wait to try it on a white backdrop...Pretty cool!

I now need to buy a steamer to remove the wrinkles in the backdrop:)

A Good Laugh

Okay, so as I mentioned a couple of blogs ago, I recently purchased studio equipment. My husband is a very good sport about letting me play with my new stuff and the other night I talked him into modeling a little for me (hehe)...he will probably kill me once he sees this post but I can't help but post the pic...its hilarious. This is Kenny's impression of Ben Stiller in "Zoolander".

Jaydn Came to Play

Jaydn is so much fun. He laughed and played the whole time I tried to take photos. It was sometimes hard to get him to sit still, but as long as he had toys, he was entertained.

It's Christmas Time!

I took some fun photos of Michele's children, Lauren and Ryan, the other night. We had a great time around the Christmas tree. It's amazing how fast they grow!

New Studio Equipment

I bought my first studio equipment and I'm so excited! These were the first photos I've taken with the equipment. I thought they turned out pretty awesome. Sadie and Conner were great sports. I love the one with Sadie's tongue sticking out!
